Our Winter sessions are designed to work on individual stick skills and is open to all levels. We will be 'pooling' coaches for each session and have 5-6 coaches per session so we can work in small groups, allow the beginners to get ramped up, achieve low player to coach ratio and get the players better prepared for Spring. The Winter indoor will include an position specific clinic on Saturday Mar 4th run by former Penn State All Americans Austin Kaut (Goalie) and Matt Mackrides (Attack). We highly encourage you to sign up for the Winter indoor even if you think you'll miss a couple sessions. Details below:

Dates/Times (specific age group times will be listed by mid December):
The Conshy Bulldogs Youth Lacrosse Club is a non-profit, volunteer run organization whose goal is to provide a positive and fun lacrosse experience for both boys and girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
We strive to develop and maintain a program where every participant, regardless of initial skill level, has the opportunity to learn the game; develop and improve skills; and be prepared for the next level of lacrosse - whether it be the next age group or on to the high school level. We attempt to field teams in all skill levels so that every participant is able to compete against players of similar skill and experience.
Our club serves all families that reside in the Colonial School District boundary and is the youth program for the Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School Lacrosse Program.
The Colonial Middle School and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School Lacrosse rosters are filled with current and past Conshy Bulldog players. Over the years, several former Conshy Bulldog participants have gone on to play college lacrosse after high school.
We welcome volunteers to assist with making the experience a positive one for all involved. If interested in getting involved, please contact us at
Thank you in advance Welcome to the Conshy Bulldogs!
